Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically while using www.steelbox.it. In cases where METALWAY SRL indicates some Data as optional, Users are free not to communicate such Data, without any consequence on the availability or operation of the Service.

Period of retention
Data are processed and stored for as long as required by the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore:
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller will be retained until such interests have been satisfied. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.
When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may retain Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is withdrawn. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this period, the rights of access, erasure, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Contact with the User
Contact form
By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes their use to reply to requests for information, quotations or any other kind of request as indicated in the form’s header.

Contact by phone
Users who have provided their phone number may be contacted for commercial or promotional purposes related to www.steelbox.it, as well as to meet support requests.

Management of contacts and sending of messages
This type of service allows the management of a database of email contacts, phone contacts or contacts of any other type, used to communicate with the User. Flodesk: is a service for managing email addresses and sending email messages provided by Flodesk Inc.

Interaction with social networks and external platforms
This type of service allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of www.steelbox.it. The interactions and information acquired by METALWAY SRL are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network. If a service for interacting with social networks is installed, it may collect traffic data for the pages on which it is installed even if Users do not use the service.
“Like” button and social widgets for Facebook (Facebook, Inc.): services for interaction with the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook, Inc.

This type of service allows METALWAY SRL and its partners to communicate, optimize and serve advertisements based on the User’s past use of www.steelbox.it. This activity is carried out through the tracking of Usage Data and the use of Cookies, information that is transferred to the partners to whom the remarketing and behavioral targeting activity is connected. Some services offer remarketing options based on email address lists. Statistics management
The services contained in this section enable the Data Controller to monitor and analyze web traffic and are used to keep track of User behavior.
